3 # beef
2 onions
1 c celery
2 c carrots
4 potatoes cut up
3 T tapioca
1 T sugar
1 T salt
1 t pepper
3 c tomato juice

Cook 5 hrs in 250 oven
Don't raise lid or do not brown beef. May be cooked in crock pot.
