5 lb white potato ( partially cooked)
3 T butter
1/4 c flour
1/4 c chopped onion
1/2 c sliced celery
1 lb cooked ham diced
1 can chicken broth
1/4 c mayo
1 c velveta
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Cool and peel potatoes, spread in greased 2 qt casserole. In saucepan melt butter,and stir in flour. Add onion celery, ham, broth, mayo and cheese.

Bake at 350 for 45 min
