1lb meat
1 1/2 c diced celery
1/2 c mushrooms
1 T worchestershire sauce
1/4 c flour
1 1/2 c onions
1/2 c ketchup
1 T soy sauce
pepper
2 T oil
2 T molasses
1/2 c green pepper
1 1/2 c bean sprouts
tomato juice

Flour meat and brown, add remaining ingredients and simmer 1 hour or until vegetables are tender.
