1 box lasagna noodles – 2 lbs ground beef or turkey – 3 jars (26 oz each) Ragu sauce – 1 container (32 oz) ricotta cheese – mozzarella cheese (16 oz) – 2 large eggs – 1 tbs ground pepper – 1 tbs seasonal salt – 1 tbs garlic salt - ½ cup of parsley flakes.

Preheat oven to 375o F – Cook noodles according to package instructions; drain and separate. In a large saucepan, combine cooked meat, pepper, seasonal and garlic salt and 3 jars of Ragu sauce, simmer 10 minutes. In a large bowl, combine ricotta cheese, mozzarella cheese, eggs and parsley flakes. Spray baking pan with cooking spray. Spread a cup of sauce over the bottom of the baking pan. Place lasagna noodles over the bottom, slightly overlapping. Spread ricotta cheese mixture over noodles and cover with meat sauce. Repeat layers. Cover top layer with remaining noodles and remaining meat sauce. Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes. Remove foil and bake additional 10 minutes and sprinkle a cup of shredded mozzarella cheese. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
