10 - 12 # round tip roast
salt and pepper
few garlic cloves stuck in meat

8-10 c juice

1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 1/2 tsp rosemary, thyme, oregano, summer savory, garlic pepper and parlic powder.

1 pkg onion soup mix

Directions:

Bake roast until rare

Save juice- refrigerate and remove fat. Add water and bouillon cubes to make enough juice.
Simmer 30 min, pour over meat, let set in refrig overnight.
Heat on low in electric roaster 1 hr or in a 325º oven 1 hr
