1 can (31 oz) pork and beans
2 tbsp brown sugar
2 tbsp vinegar
1 tbsp ketchup
Dash of mustard and ground ginger
1 medium onion, diced
Bacon 1 pound (for 3 cans of beans) cut into small pieces

Directions:

Combine all ingredients into the dutch oven cover and bake at 350 degrees for 3 to 4 hours. You have to watch it so it doesn't dry out. It can be
baked longer at a lower temperature if you like.
