2 c graham cracker crumbs
1/3 c margarine melted
2 T sugar

1 12 oz can evaporated milk
1 3 oz pkg lemon jello
1 c boiling water
1 8 oz pkg cream cheese softened
1/2 c sugar
1 8 oz can crushed pineapple drained

Combine crust ingredients and spread all but 1/2 c in bottom of 11x7 dish save rest to sprinkle on top

Chill milk 2 hrs or overnight. In small bowl dissolve jello in boiling water and chill until syrupy about 1 1/2 hrs. In small bowl beat milk till stiff peaks form. In large bowl beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add jello, mix well. Stir in pineapple. Fold in milk. Pour into crust. Sprinkle saved crumbs over top. chill for at least 3 hrs or overnight.
