Ingredients:  
1 can Hearts of Palm (drained & chopped)
2 cans Mandarin slices (drained)
cups olive oil
Juice of of a lemon
Salt & pepper (to taste)
1 head of lettuce
Garlic (rubbed around inside of bowl)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients, except the lettuce & garlic. Put in refrigerator overnight.

Just before serving, rub some garlic around the inside of a large salad bowl. Fill bowl with lettuce, pour in mixture, toss and serve.
