3/4 cup of frozen corn thawed 1/2 cup diced tomatoes 1 Med Avocado diced 1 Tbl. chopped Cilantro (or more if desired) 2 teas. Lime Juice 1/4 teas salt 1 green onion diced Optional- may add a can of black beans.
Mix and serve with whatever chips you want! You may want to double or triple this because it's soooo good!
