1 lb sharp cheddar cheese, grated
1 cup pecans, chopped
3/4 cup mayonnaise
1 medium onion, grated
1 garlic clove, pressed or 1/2 tsp jarred garlic
1/2 tsp Tabasco
1 cup strawberry preserves
Directions:
Directions:
Combine cheese, pecans, mayonnaise, onion, garlic, and Tabasco, mixing well. Lightly spray with Pam a small ring mold; press mixture inside and chill. Unmold ring onto serving platter, then fill center with preserves. Decorate around outside of ring with parsley. Serve with assorted crackers in separate serving basket to assure crispness.
