1 large head Napa or Chinese cabbage, chopped
6 green onions, chopped
1/4 cup butter
2 pkgs Ramen Noodles(any flavor), crumbled
4 oz. silvered almonds
1/2 cup shelled sunflower seeds
1/2 cup tarragon vinegar
2 Tbsp soy sauce
1 cup canola oil
1 cup sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix chopped cabbage and onions in a large bowl. Melt butter in large skillet and saute crumbled noodles (discard flavor packet), almonds and sunflower seeds in butter until lightly browned. Drain on paper towel and cool. Mix or shake vinegar. soy sauce, oil an sugar until sugar is dissolved. Mix in sautéed items and pour dressing on cabbage-onion mixture no more than 15 minutes before serving.
