2 lbs. lean ground beef
1 onion, finely chopped
1 - 16 oz can tomato sauce
1 cup water
1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
grated Colby cheese
chopped lettuce
chopped tomatoes
Picante sauce
salt and pepper taste
1 tsp minced dried garlic
1 tsp dried parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion in bacon drippings until tender. Drain. Add hamburger and brown. Add tomato sauce, water, salt, pepper, garlic, parsley, taco seasoning, and mix well. Simmer 5-10 minutes. Spoon over corn chips, layer with lettuce, tomatoes, and cheese, Add Picante sauce to taste.
