1 c crushed Do-Si-Do cookies
1/4 c melted butter
1/4 c sugar
1 large ( 6 oz) box vanilla instant pudding mix
1 1/2 c milk
1/4 c peanut butter
Whipped topping, optional
Directions:
Directions:
Mix the crushed cookies with the melted butter and sugar. Pat into a 9" pie pan. Bake at 350ºF for 8 minutes. Cool before filling.
Prepare pudding mix to package directions, using just 1 1/2 cups milk. Stir in the peanut butter. Pour into the cooled crust and refrigerate. Garnish with whipped topping, if desired
