4 thick pork chops or
8 thin pork chops
1 pkg. onion soup mix
1/2 box cornbread stuffing
1/2 cup chopped apples
1/2 cup raisins

Directions:
Directions:
Spray bottom of baking dish with vegetable spray.
Rinse pork chops well and dredge in onion soup mix. If using thick chops, cut a pocket in each one. If using thin chops, layer half in bottom of baking dish. To prepared cornbread dressing, add apples and raisins. Fill pocket of thick chops, or place dressing on thin chops and cover with the remaining ones. Bake at 350 º for 25-35 mins.
