Ingredients:
2 cups flour
salt
pinch of baking powder
2 eggs
1 cup milk - add to right texture

Directions:
Drop by spoonfuls into boiling water for about 20 minutes. Remove from water, drain. Add butter while hot.
Sprinkle with bread crumbs if desired.

Personal Notes:
My grandmother used to make these with sauerbraten.
