1 large pkg. lime Jell-O
1 cup water
1 flat can crushed pineapple with juice
1 pkg. cream cheese
1 cup pecans, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Bring water to a boil, add Jell-O and stir until dissolved. Place in refrigerator until soft set. Place Jell-O, pineapple, and cream cheese in blender and mix well. Fold in pecans. Pour mixture into mold. Refrigerate until set.

This was originally called a molded salad, but it became known as Grandma's "moldy" salad, and is always requested at family gatherings. This is easily doubled.
