Small lima beans or northern bean, meat liquor, any type of meat (ham hock, ham bone, etc.), salt & pepper, package of biscuits, water

Soak beans in warm water for 2-3 hours to clean them. They will
Look like they are swelling. Put them in the pot with meat liquor, piece of meat, cook until done, add package of biscuits for dumplings
