1 head chopped lettuce
chopped celery
1 red, yellow, and green pepper, chopped
1 cup mayonnaise or Miracle Whip
1 pkg dry Ranch Dressing
1 pkg frozen peas
1 lb. Colby cheese
Bacon Bits

Directions:
Directions:
Layer lettuce, celery, peppers, and green peas in order. Mix mayonnaise or Miracle Whip with milk or water to thin, and mix in dry Ranch Dressing, blending well. Spread over frozen peas, to edge of dish. Layer grated cheese and top with Bacon Bits. Cover with plastic wrap and keep in refrigerator. This is best prepared a day ahead.
