2 cans whole tomatoes or garden tomatoes, celery, onion, green pepper, sugar, bread crumbs, salt and pepper, scallions

If you use garden tomatoes you will have to pre-boil them to get the skin off, then cut out the core, put them in a sauce pan over low heat, use potato masher and crush tomatoes up, add all the ingredients except sugar and bread crumbs, you will want to cook them slow, add bread crumbs, add sugar to the taste and simmer.
