Idaho potatoes, mayonnaise, mustard, celery, green pepper, onions, salt, pepper, eggs (optional), sugar, relish

Directions:
Directions:
Peel potatoes and cut into medium sizes, boil potatoes until soft (not too soft), drain water, while cooling top with salt, pepper, onions, green pepper, celery, sugar, mix a little on top, after cooling add eggs, mayonnaise, mustard, relish.
