pork shoulder, 1 Tablespoon, crushed red pepper, hot sauce, pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cook shoulder for about 3 hours until done, chop or mince shoulder, in baking pan add vinegar, sprinkle in crushed red pepper, add hot sauce to taste, bake for about 30 minutes.
