Unbaked pie crust
1 1/2 cup white sugar
3 eggs
1 Tbsp margarine
1 Tbsp flour
1 tsp cinnamon
3 cups rhubarb
TOPPING:
1/2 cup oats
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup flour
1/2 tsp cinnamon
2 Tbsp butter

Directions:
Directions:
Mix 1 1/2 cups sugar and eggs until fluffy. Add margarine, flour, and cinnamon. Put rhubard in bottow of pie crust. Pour mixture over top. Mix topping ingredients until crumbly. Sprinkle over pie. Bake at 400º for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 350º and cook for 15 to 20 minutes more.
