3 cups sugar
1 cup white syrup
1/2 cup water
1/4 tsp salt
2 egg whites
3/4 cup nuts
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
boil sugar, syrup , water and salt to hard ball stage, pour slowly over egg whites that have been beaten until stiff, beat till nearly hard, add nuts and vanilla
