1/2 lb boneless pork chops
garlic salt
1 c fresh broccoli florets
1 - 2 carrots
1/2 onion
1 Tbsp oil
1 bag coleslaw mix
3/4 c snow peas
mushrooms
Hot cooked rice
SAUCE*:
2 tsp cornstarch
1/2 c cold water
3 Tbsp soy sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the cornstarch, water and soy sauce. Cut pork chops into bite size pieces. Dice the carrots and onion, slice the mushrooms. Cook the meat in a large skillet with garlic salt and oil until fully cooked. Remove the meat to a plate and stir-fry the broccoli, carrot and onion in oil for 5 minutes. Add the peas, coleslaw mix, and mushrooms. Stir-fry until vegetables are tender. Stir in the meat. and the soy sauce mixture. Cook and stir until thickened. Serve with rice. * You can use KIKKOMAN STIR-FRY SAUCEŠ if desired.
