3 eggs beaten well
2 cups sugar
1 cup oil
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp salt
2 cups unpeeled zucchini grated
2 1/4 cup flour
1 tsp soda
1 cup nuts

mix well, pour into greased loaf pan
Bake @ 350 for 1 hour or until done
