1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 1/4 cup ( 2 bananas ripe) thin sliced
1/2 cup shortening, margarine or butter softened
1 3/4 cup flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp soda
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350
grease and flour bottom only 9x5 or 8x5 pan
blend sugar, bananas, shortening and eggs
beat 2 minutes at medium speed
mix in all other dry ingredients
stir in nuts, pour into pan
Bake @ 350 50-60 minutes
