2 c. Flour
2 c. Sugar
1/2 c. Butter
1/2 c. Vegetable Oil
3 Tbsp. Cocoa
1 c. Water
2 Eggs
1 tsp. Vanilla
1/2 c. Buttermilk
1 tsp. Baking Soda
FROSTING:
1/2 c. Butter
3 Tbsp. Cocoa
1/2 c. Sour Cream
1 Box Powder Sugar
1 tsp. Vanilla
1 c. Pecans, chopped
Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar and flour in large mixing bowl and set aside. In sauce pan, mix together butter, oil, cocoa, and water. Bring to boil. Pour over sugar and flour mix and mix well.

Add eggs, vanilla and mix well. Add buttermilk, soda and mix well and pour into greased 13x9 pan. Batter will be thin.

Bake at 350 for 35 minutes.

FROSTING:

Mix in sauce pan, butter, cocoa and sour cream. Bring to boil and pour over 1 box of powder sugar. Mix till smooth and add vanilla and chopped pecans.

Frost cake while still warm.
