1 lb lean ground beef
1/2 c water
tortillas
garlic salt
shredded cheese
grape tomatoes
green onions
green leaf lettuce
avocados
salsa or pepper sauce
sour cream
Directions:
Directions:
In a skillet, mix ground beef with water. Stir until all the water is mixed in. Season with garlic salt, then brown ground beef. Adding water to the meat first will make it crumble up easier. Cook meat until all water is gone. Drain off any fat. Heat tortillas on a griddle. Spray the griddle with a little oil in before heating each tortilla. Chop tomatoes, onions and lettuce. Halve, de-seed and peel avocado. Slice each half into 6 - 7 slices. Spread a little sour cream on a hot tortilla, then layer ground beef, cheese, avocado, tomato, lettuce and green onion. Top with salsa or pepper sauce.

This is NITA'S absolute favorite meal! We have these every Monday night - occasionally, we will switch up the tortillas for crispy shells or chips, or the ground beef for shredded chicken. MMM!!
