1 small cabbage
1 pkg. Top Ramen
4 green onions, sliced thin
1/2 c. toasted slivered almonds
2 T. sesame seeds



DRESSING:

1/2 c. olive oil
2 packets seasoning from soup
1 tsp. seasoning salt
3 T. vinegar
2 T. sugar
pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Shred cabbage into large bowl. Break up soup noodles into same bowl. I use the Oriental Chicken Seasoned Top Ramen. Add rest of salad ingredients.

Mix dressing ingredients together in a separate container. Pour over salad and mix well. Let set 24 hours before serving.

This recipe goes well as a side dish for sloppy joes, pulled pork sandwiches or hamburgers. I double it for our large family get togethers.
