2 lb. pkg. southern hash browns, thawed
1/2 c. chopped onions
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 pint sour cream
1/2 c. melted butter
2 c. corn flakes
10 oz sharp cheddar cheese - shredded

Directions:
Directions:
Mix potatoes, onions, soup and sour cream and put in a greased 9x13 pan. Top with cheese and crushed corn flakes. Drizzle melted butter over all. Bake @ 350º for 45 minutes. Serves 10-16.

Your standard "go-with-everything" potato side dish. Especially good with ham at Easter! There are never leftovers of this one!
