1 pkg frozen mixed vegetables Cook according to pkg directions While cooking bring to a boil: 1 cup vinegar 1 cup of sugar salt to taste 1/2 cup cooking oil Boil a few minutes Drain vegetables and add vinegar mixture-cool When completely cool add: 1 cup diced celery 1 cup diced onion bell pepper and cucumber to taste
Mix into vegetable mixture asn stir well. Refrigerate for about 24 hours will keep for a week or two in refrigerator
