2 Medium Dark Sweet Potatoes
1 Medium Yellow Bell Pepper
2 Tbsp. Melted butter
1 Tbsp. Honey
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. Nutmeg.
1/2 Tsp. salt
1/2 c. candied pecans
1 Tbsp. fresh chopped chives

~Set grill on High
~Cut and Peel sweet potatoes into 1 inch pieces
~ Cut pepper into 1 inch Pieces
~ Mix all other ingredients into melted Butter
~ Using Heavy Duty Foil (sprayed with cooking spray)
~ Place Vegetables in the middle of the foil
~Drizzle melted butter& Honey mixture over the top of the vegetables.
~ Fold foil to make a packet, making sure all edges are closed tight.
~ Cook for 15-20 min over med heat
~Cut X in the middle of the foil, add the candied pecans, chives ad serve!
