1 packet quick rising yeast
3 cups flour + 2/3 c set aside
1 tbsp. Sugar
1 loaf velveeta (sliced)
1 cup warm water
1 Tbsp. oil
1 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
*Preheat oven 350
*In small bowl mix warm mater with yeast, set aside
*Mix remaining ingredients together in large bowl
*pour yeast/water mixture in
*Kneed together until becomes dough (about 10 minutes)
*Let dough rise at least 2 hours( until doubles in size)
*divide dough in 2 pieces. roll out each piece flat to fit your baking sheet.
*Place 1st rolled dough onto greased baking sheet. place slice velveeta on dough in a layer
*Place 2nd rolled dough on top, pinch sides closed, brush with butter or egg whites.

*bake at 350 for 30 minutes or golden brown
