1 cup flour sifted
1 beaten egg
2 TLB milk
1/2 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour, egg, milk and salt to make a stiff ball of dough. On a lightly floured surface, roll dough very thin...to about an 18x20 ince circle. Let dry for 1 1/2 hours. Cut into 1/2 inch strips...(could use pizza cutter. Drop into boiling soup ...cook 8 - 10 minutes
