1/4 lb. shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 c. margarine, softened
1/4 tsp. paprika
3/4 c. flour
36 to 40 tiny stuffed olives

Directions:
Warm cheddar cheese to room temp. Combine cheese, margarine and paprika. Mix well into flour by hand until pieces of cheese disappear and mixture is smooth & deep yellow. Cover & allow to stand at room temp. for 15 min. Pinch off small pieces of dough (about 1 tsp.) & flatten in palm of hand to a circle about 1 1/2" in diameter. Place olive in center, bring edge together to cover olive completely. Roll gently between palms of hands. Place on ungreased cookie sheet; chill 10 min. Bake at 375º for 20 to 25 min. Serve hot.

May be made and frozen before baking. Freeze on cookie sheet, then place balls in plastic bag. Bake frozen about 30 min.
