8-10 c. chicken broth
1 c. sliced carrots
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 tsp. oregano
1 garlic clove, minced
1 (16 oz.) pkg. cheese-filled tortellini
1 c. frozen, cut leaf spinach, thawed
12-15 small frozen meatballs
Romano cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Combine broth, carrot, onion, oregano, and garlic.
Bring to a boil over high heat. Add tortellini; boil gently 4 to 5 minutes until tortellini is almost tender. Add meatballs, cook 6 minutes. Add spinach. Reduce heat, simmer 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Sprinkle with cheese.
