First layer:

head of lettuce chopped
1 bunch of green onions chopped
1 can (8oz.) sliced water chestnuts
1/2 green pepper
2 stalks of celery thinly sliced
1 package frozen petite peas

Second step:

2 cups mayonnaise spread over the top of first layer.

Sprinkle on:

2 teaspoons sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
3/4 pound cooked bacon
3 hard cooked eggs (grated)
2 tomatoes cut into wedges and placed around inside edge of bowl.
