2 teaspoons sugar 1 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese 3/4 pound cooked bacon 3 hard cooked eggs (grated) 2 tomatoes cut into wedges and placed around inside edge of bowl.
