16 oz. shredded Monterrey Jack cheese 1 can chopped green chilies 1 large (16 oz.) container of small curd cottage cheese 1/2 cup flour 1 tsp. baking powder 1 stick butter, melted 10 eggs 1/2 tsp. salt
1. Beat eggs, add chilies - then rest of ingredients. Mix well and pour into a greased 9x13 " casserole. 2. Bake at 350º for 45-50 minutes. 3. Serve with salsa.
