1 cup salsa
3/4 cup water
2 cups red kidney beans, drained and rinsed
1 can tomato sauce
2/3 cup uncooked elbow macaroni
2 tsp. chili powder
1/2 cup shredded cheddar

Directions:
Directions:
Heat all ingredients execpt cheese to boiling in skillet, reduce heat. Cover and simmer about 15 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese.
