Large pkg beef cubes, 2 cans (w/liquid) or frozen peas, 2 cans (w/liquid) or frozen corn, 2 cans (w/liquid) or frozen green beans, 1//4 lg onion chopped, 1/2 head cabbage - cut in bite size, 4 stalks celery sliced, 4-6 carrots sliced, 1 can stewed tomatoes.

Flour & season beef cubes - brown in oil in Dutch oven pan, after browning add cabbage, onion & celery, continue to cook on low until meat is partially cooked. Put into crock-pot, add & mix in all other ingredients. Cook on low 8 - 10 hours or mix & bake in Dutch oven pan in oven for approx 4 hours @ 350 deg. May need to add more liquid. Either way you cook it, when almost cooked add beef cube (dissolved in hot liquid) 1 cube per each approximate 1 cup of liquid in cooker.
