5lbs red potatoes, cooked and cut into small chunks
1 carton sour cream
1 cup mayonaise
1 8oz container blue cheese crumbles
1 bunch green onions chopped
Salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cook potatoes until fork pierces, cut into bite size chunks. Cool. Mix together sour cream, mayonaise, blue cheese crumbles and green onions. Add salt and pepper to taste. Mix in cooked potatoes and stir to coat with dressing.
