1 1/2 lb hamburg, browned w/ El Paso Taco Seasoning.
Bunch of scallions
2 cups shredded mexican cheese
1 head lettuce diced
2 chopped tomatoes
1 can red kidney beans, drained
1 bag Doritos, crushed
1 small bottle Robusto Italian salad dressing

Directions:
Directions:
Brown hamburg with an envelope of El Paso taco seasoning, drain. In large bowl add all ingredients except Doritos and salad dressing. One half hour prior to serving, add crushed Doritos and salad dressing, toss well.
