1 C corn meal - yellow or white, 1 tsp baking powder, 1/2 tsp baking soda, 1/2 tsp salt, 2 eggs, 1 C cream corn, 1/4 cup cooking oil, 1 C sour cream.
Directions:
Directions:
Stir together corn meal, baking powder, soda and salt. Add eggs and mix together. Stir in corn, oil and sour cream. Pour into greased 8x8 inch cake pan. Bake at 400ºF for 25 minutes or until brown.
Serve with butter.
