5 C flour, 3 tsp salt, 3 C water, 3/4 C oil, 2 1/2 tbsp instant yeast.

Directions:
Directions:
Set aside 1 cup flour from total. Mix remaining flour, salt, yeast in large bowl. Heat water and oil until hot. Stir hot liquids into dry. Mix in enough reserve flour to make a soft dough that doesn't stick to the bowl. Nead until smooth and elastic, about 5 minutes. Let rise for 10 minutes.
