4 medium tomatoes, 2 cucumbers peeled and cut into thick slices, 1 small red or white onion - thinly sliced, 20 kalamata olives, crumbled oregano, salt and pepper, 2 tbsp olive oil, 3/4 C feta cheese crumbled.

Directions:
Directions:
Combine vegies, sprinkle oregano, salt, pepper. Drizzle olive oil and toss. Sprinkle feta cheese over salad.
Additional veggies: red, yellow, orange, green bell peppers, celery, capers and green pea's.
