1 LB lard, 5 1/2 C flour, 1 tbsp salt. 1 tbsp vinegar, 1 egg beaten, water

Directions:

Mix together lard, flour and salt. In a measuring cup add vinegar, egg and top cup to 3/4 with water.
Add wet to dry ingredients. Roll as desired.
