4 C flour, 1 tbsp sugar, 2 tsp salt, 1 3/4 C shortening
1/2 C water
1 tbsp vinegar, 1 large egg

Directions:

Mix together the first 4 ingredients.
In a small bowl beat together the water, vinegar and egg. Add to the flour mixture.
Chill for 1/2 hour then roll out.
