6 c. rolled oats
1/4 c. sunflower seeds
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. raisins or other dried fruit
and or 2 c. chocolate chips
1 c.coconut
1 c. nuts, chopped
1/3 c. sesame seeds

Mix all ingredients except raisins, Stir in and coat thoroughly with:
1/2 c. oil
1/3 c. honey
2 tsp. vanilla
Spread on cookie sheet and bake at 350 for 25 min. Stir occaisionly. Add raisins or other dried fruit and bake 5 more minutes. Cool. Add 2 c. chocolate chips. Store in an airtight container.
