4 C Milk, 4 tbsp margarine, 4 tbsp honey, 2 tsp salt, 2/3 C warm water, 2 tbsp yeast, 5 1/2 - 6 C flour.

Directions:
Directions:
In a medium sized pot add milk, margarine, honey, and salt. Heat to a scald. Cool.
Put water and yeast in a bowl, let stand 5 minutes.
Mix with milk. Add flour, 2 cups at a time. Nead until flour is mixed in and dough is not sticky. Let rise. Punch down and nead again, let rise. Divide dough and put into bread pans or make buns.
Bake at 350ºF until brown. Rub butter on top of bread when cooling. Turn pans upside down to cool.
