2 eggs
1 C sugar
1/2 C warm milk
1 tbsp butter
1 tsp vanilla
1 C flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs until light. Slowly add sugar. Put butter in cup with milk and heat in microwave until butter melts. Add vanilla. Mix the baking powder and salt into the flour. Add the flour mixture a little bit at a time to the eggs. Then add milk a little at a time. After each flour addition. Rotate until all flour and milk is gone. Ending with flour mixture. Bake in a 9 x 9 pan for 25-30 minutes at 350º
